About the System

System for Analysis and Monitoring of Real Estate Market (AMRON System) is the only interbank, standardized database on real estate prices and values. What makes our database an unique source of knowledge about Polish real estate market, is the complex scope of information – the database includes data on property characteristics, location, transaction prices and values defined in appraisal reports, sales offers and other completely verifiable sources. AMRON database fulfills the highest quality standards, stipulated in detail by Financial Supervision Authority in newly amended Recommendation J on rules of collecting and processing data on real estate by banks.

The database is co-created by banks, which ensures access to data on real estate serving as collateral for claims from all information sources available to banks, including the unique nature of information on collateral values and mortgage lending values. Additionally, data is obtained from interbank sources.

The use of the AMRON System by banks enhances the quality of credit risk and collateral management, supports compliance with regulatory requirements and helps harmonise analytical standards across the banking sector.

AMRON also represents significant sector-wide value – serving as a tool that strengthens real estate market transparency, promotes responsible financing and contributes to the long-term security and credibility of the banking sector as a whole.

What makes AMRON unique? The unquestionable strengths of the AMRON System

The AMRON System has undergone modernization. New fields in the database structure and implemented validations have aligned the data resource with the requirements of Recommendation J. An expanded, detailed and standardized description of real estate, combined with the Buildings Database Project, ensures the highest quality of information. It is the only comprehensive source of information about buildings, widely used by System participants.

AMRON is not only a real estate database, but also an extensive database of transactions, including market transactions concluded even on the smallest markets.
